Beam Cambering Presses

Profi Press Hydraulic Cambering Presses come in 3 different tonnages with different sized supporting back tables and different sized main pushing table.  Both tables come with industry-standard T-Grooves and support blocks.  These Cambering Presses are made produced in the EU out of S355JR steel creating a super sturdy electro-welded horizontal structure. Four cylindrical lateral guides maintain the pushing tables perfect alignment at all times. Designed in a horizontal orientation these cambering machines facilitate easy loading of large bars, beams and profiles.  All presses have 2 speeds; fast approach speed and working speed.  All Profi Presses are CE Certified.

Beam Cambering Press Machines are used to bend large beams and other structural members.

There are many different types of beam cambering press machines available and The Workshop Press Company UK offers a 150-ton, 220-ton, and 300- ton model in its standard offering.

All three models have of our Beam Bending Presses have a high-pressure force of enabling it to bend beams made of a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.  They come with a powerful motor and more than ample throat depth.  Working speeds suit production runs and allow the press machines to bend beams quickly and efficiently.

The approaching speeds are at set at an appropriate speed accurate bends while preventing damage, and the return speed of the machines enhances cycle times returning to the starting position safely.  The maximum pressure of the Beam Bending Machines is 320 bar, which allows it to bend beams to a variety of sections.  Ample piston stroke allows the machines to bend beams of any length, and large guides of the machine facilitates bending beams of any width.

The opening between the tables of the hydraulic press machine allows it to bend beams of any size, and the supporting tables of the machine are made of durable materials, which ensures that they can withstand the high pressures and forces involved in bending beams.  Finally, they are easy to use and operate helping inexperienced users to bend beams quickly and efficiently.

The benefits of using Beam Cambering presses from The Workshop Press Company include:

  • Increased productivity: Beam cambering presses can help to increase the productivity of engineers and contractors by automating the bending process while freeing engineers and contractors to focus on other tasks because our press machines produce more beams in a shorter amount of time.
  • Improved accuracy: Our beam cambering presses improve the accuracy of the beam bending process because the machines can be programmed to bend the beams to a specific degree ensuring that beams are consistent and meet specifications.
  • Reduced costs: Beam Cambering Presses from The Workshop Press Company UK help to reduce the costs by automating the bending process saving companies money on labour costs, and they help to reduce the amount of waste that is generated.

Beam Bending Presses are a vital tool for many industries:

  • Construction:  To create the curved beams of bridges, to support the weight of buildings, and to provide strength and rigidity to the structure of a building a Beam Curving Press is often used to produce curved members to millimetre accuracy.
  • Shipbuilding: A Beam Forming Press can bend structural members into the desired curves and profile shapes that are necessary to create the curved hulls of ships that support the weight of the ship’s superstructure whilst providing strength and rigidity to the ship’s structure.
  • Heavy Machinery: Beam Cambering Press Machines are used to manufacture heavy machinery, such as excavators, cranes, and bulldozers. curved beams of excavators, to support the weight of cranes, and to provide strength and rigidity to the structure of bulldozers.
  • Railroad: Beam Forming Press Machines are used to profile railroad tracks, beams for bridges, and to shape other metal profiles used in railway infrastructure.  Within  railroad cars curved beams are used to support the structure of the railcar and are also used to form metal segments that carry the weight of railroad bridges. Another application is curve railroad tracks.
  • Mining: Beam Cambering Press Machines are used to manufacture mining equipment, such as conveyor belts, hoists, and drills. as to create the curved beams of mining supports that support the weight of mining equipment, and to provide strength and rigidity to the structure of mining shafts.
  • Offshore: Beam Cambering Presses are used to manufacture offshore structures, such as oil rigs and platforms and to create the curved beams of offshore platforms. The also shape metal members that support the weight of offshore equipment, and that provide strength and rigidity to the structure of offshore structures.
  • Aerospace: Beam Curving Presses are used to manufacture aerospace components, such as wings, fuselages, and landing gear.  Curved beams are precisely shaped for aircraft wings and to bend supports that carry the weight of aircraft engines.  Beam Shaping Presses also bend metal segments that provide strength and rigidity to the structure of aircraft fuselages.

These are just a few examples, and there are many other industries that use beam cambering press machines. If you are in an industry that requires the bending of large beams and other structural members, then a beam cambering press machine is a vital tool for your business.
