The PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 38 2T IMS is a twin-head CNC tube bender with 8-axis IMS control, delivering synchronized multi-radius bending, high-speed operation, and optional integrated punching. Designed for maximum efficiency in symmetrical and high-volume bending applications, it features electric bending, translation, and rotation, with hydraulic clamping and customizable tool sets.
The BEND MASTER 38 2T IMS offers superior performance for simultaneous or mirrored tube bending with independent control of 8 axes. This dual-head bender supports multi-radius and variable radius bending, with optional hydraulic punching devices for RH and LH bend heads. The IMS control software supports up to 10,000 programmable sequences, automatic spring-back compensation, tooling memory, and real-time diagnostics. A touchscreen interface and optional Ethernet connectivity enhance ease of programming and remote support. With max tube capacity of 38×2 mm, high-speed axis movement, and robust construction, it’s ideal for complex and repeatable production.
