Product Code: BM65PEDRAZZOLI, an Italian company established in 1949, manufactures the modern design BEND MASTER 65 all electric tube bender which is designed to suit bending requirements within the Automotive, HVAC, Aerospace, Nautical and Marine, Fitness, and Street Furniture industries which require the most stringent requirements of accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and speed. With a compact-sized bending head and the machine body being enclosed for health and safety requirements, the BM65 CNC Mandrel Tube Bender has a flexible design was developed for long-run serial production or daily multi-batch production. Production changeovers are made easy with a rapid tool setup and adjustment system. With 10 controlled axes constant repeatability and precision are ensured. The Bend Master 65 has an adaptable design allowing for clockwise and anti-clockwise bending with multi-radii and variable radii within the same production cycle, and very tight bends are accomplished by virtue of a thrust modulation process. The intuitive, user-friendly, and proprietary Intelligent Motion System, or “IMS” is combined with Fanuc Drives-Motors-Numeric controls package providing productivity, versatility, accuracy, and green operation. In addition, the IMS makes it possible for a wide variety of file formats to be imported and allows the operator to immediately to carry out bend part feasibility. Incorporated within the IMS is a spring-back compensation facility which adjusts according to material parameters. The IMS enables support and service to be carried out remotely either by network login or webcam. The IMS platform is available for PC, tablet, smart-phone platforms and makes the Bend Master 65 easy to integrate into production lines and systems. Three versions of the Bend Master 65 are available: Single radius, multi-radius, and multi-radius multi-direction. There is an 11th controlled axis available in the form of bend die return and punching and cutting attachments are available for all models. All machines are designed and built in Italy according to the most recent Machinery Directives and are CE Certified.
