The PPCU100 C-frame press by RHTC Profi Press is a versatile 100-ton machine designed for high-performance tasks such as stamping, die-cutting, and forming. It boasts a throat depth of 320 mm and a working speed of 6.4 mm/s, preceded by an approach speed of 30 mm/s. After the cycle is completed, the top plate returns at a rapid rate of 53 mm/s. The maximum stroke of the top plate is 260 mm, with an overall vertical daylight of 450 mm, ensuring efficient material handling for various applications.
Upper and Lower Tables
The PPCU100 C-Frame press is equipped with both an upper table (slide) and a lower table (bolster), featuring dimensions of 700 x 400 mm and 780 x 480 mm, respectively. These tables incorporate DIN-650 T-grooves, which are essential for attaching dies, jigs, fixtures, and tools. The press ensures perfect alignment of the upper plate through the use of two 50 mm diameter cylindrical guides. The bottom table has a working height of 875 mm.
Mode Selector
The PPCU100 is equipped with a mode selector for manual, semi-automatic, and automatic work modes. It also offers two adjustable speeds for improved versatility. The press comes with a pressure switch, and the side protection panels are fitted with Level IV light guards for enhanced safety. Additionally, end-of-stroke switches are included for easy adjustment of the cylinder stroke.
