The PPCU150 C-frame press by RHTC Profi Press is a powerful 150-ton machine designed for high-performance tasks such as stamping, die-cutting, and forming. It features a throat depth of 360 mm and a working speed of 4.3 mm/s, with an approaching speed of 20 mm/s. After completing the cycle, the top plate returns at a rate of 26.7 mm/s. The maximum stroke of the top plate is 260 mm, and the press offers an overall vertical daylight of 450 mm, making it ideal for handling large, heavy-duty applications.
Upper and Lower Tables
The PPCU150 C-Frame press is designed with both an upper table (slide) and a lower table (bolster) with dimensions of 720 x 460 mm and 850 x 600 mm, respectively. These tables include DIN-650 T-grooves, allowing for easy attachment of dies, jigs, fixtures, and tools. The press maintains perfect alignment of the upper plate through the use of two 50 mm diameter cylindrical guides. The bottom table is set at a working height of 875 mm.
Mode Selector
The PPCU150 comes with a mode selector for manual, semi-automatic, and automatic work modes. It features two adjustable speeds for enhanced flexibility. Additionally, the press is equipped with a pressure switch, and the side protection panels come with Level IV light guards for optimal safety. End-of-stroke switches are included for effortless adjustment of the cylinder stroke.
