This 100-ton C-frame press by RHTC Profi Press, the PPCU-HS-100, is ideal for heavy-duty tasks such as deep-drawing, forming, stamping, riveting, and more. With a throat depth of 400 mm and a working speed of 8.2 mm/s, it ensures precision and efficiency even in the most demanding applications. The press boasts an impressive approach speed of 90 mm/s, and after completing the cycle, the piston returns at a rate of 120 mm/s. Upper and Lower Tables
The PPCU-HS-100 is equipped with an upper table (slide) measuring 800 x 400 mm and a lower table (bolster) measuring 1000 x 600 mm, both incorporating DIN-650 T-grooves. These features enable easy and secure attachment of dies, jigs, fixtures, and tools. Precision alignment of the upper table is achieved through the use of two 75 mm diameter cylindrical guides, ensuring stability and accuracy during operations. The lower table has an ergonomic working height of 950 mm, making it operator-friendly for prolonged use.
Advanced Work Mode Selector
The PPCU-HS-100 includes a selector for manual, semi-automatic, and automatic work modes, along with dual-speed operation to maximise versatility. It features a pressure switch for fine control and lateral protection panels equipped with Level IV safety light guards.
