The ERLO B.40 is a 40 mm capacity floor standing production drilling machine designed for demanding industrial drilling and tapping applications. Featuring automatic feed with an electromagnetic clutch, hardened and ground gear transmission, a sliding worktable, fixed headstock and robust cast iron construction, it delivers excellent rigidity, accuracy and reliability in production environments.
Unlike the A Series mechanical clutch machines, the B Series incorporates an electromagnetic clutch system, providing smoother automatic feed engagement and supporting more advanced production drilling applications. The machine includes four automatic feed rates, an integrated coolant system, tilting and rotating worktable, and a fine manual feed wheel for precise drilling operations.
