FOUR COLUMN PRESS • 80 TON • VERTICAL DAY LIGHT 500MM • WORKING SPEED 2 TO 9.8 MM PER SEC • TABLE SIZE 650 X 350

The FCP-80 is a small footprint 80-ton Four Column Press equipped with an upper slide table and lower bolster table with chrome-plated columns that ensure that the top and bottom press plates remain parallel in alignment at all times.  The pressing machine comes standard equipped with a Schneider NC-control to set the piston stroke with an accuracy of 100 micros along with a variable dwell-time at the end of the stroke. The pressing tonnage and speed are adjustable as well. The tables are equipped with DIN-650 T-Slots and the lower table has a central hole that can be utilized for a wide variety of tooling setups and pressing operations including removing the wastage from punching and pressing operations. 

The FCP-80 Four Column Press comes with a variable speed hydraulic unit that produces working speeds between 2 mm and 9.8 mm per second and an end-of-cycle return speed of 12.8 mm per second.    This 80 Ton Press has two working modes: manual and semi-automatic and are controlled with a low-voltage foot pedal.  A pressure switch and manometer that reads in tons are also standard with the machine.  All RHTC Profi Presses operate at 320 bar or less guaranteeing a longer-lasting and more durable press. 

The machine has a useful table size of 650 x 350 mm with both the slide and bolster having industry-standard T-Grooves suitable for attaching die systems and various tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other production apparatus.  The main piston has an adjustable stroke that extends to a maximum of 350 mm.  

The work opening has vertical daylight of 500 mm, which is then complemented by a bottom bolster working height that is suitable for all pressing applications.
