The MRM 1050 Series combines a robust steel construction with an asymmetrical initial-pinch three-roll configuration. Direct drive to the upper and lower rolls provides positive material feed and helps reduce slip marking, while the polished alloy-steel rolls are suited to handling pre-finished and sensitive sheet materials.
Each model includes motorised rear-roll adjustment with an mm counter, a mechanical manual drop-end top roll for removal of finished work, a mobile three-position foot pedal, conical bending device and heavy-duty brake motor. Select the appropriate model according to required mild-steel capacity and roll diameter.
The MRM 1050-150 is a heavy-duty motorised plate roll with a 1050 mm working length, 8.0 mm mild-steel rolling capacity and 150 mm diameter rolls. Its asymmetrical initial-pinch three-roll arrangement is suited to general fabrication, sheet-metal covers, aluminium work and HVAC ducting.
Upper and lower rolls are directly driven through a hardened gear system, while the motorised rear roll with mm counter provides controlled adjustment. The machine includes a manual drop-end top roll, mobile foot pedal with emergency stop and conical bending device.
