800mm Hydraulic Press Brake Attachment for Workshop Presses

This is the largest standard attachment in the range, providing a maximum continuous bending width of 800mm for longer brackets, channels, panels and general fabricated components. Installed in a suitable hydraulic workshop press, it provides a practical bending arrangement without the floor space or investment required for a separate press brake.

The attachment is supplied with a contiguous full-length straight upper punch using a standard Promecam Amada / Euro-Style Tooling Interface, together with a contiguous full-length single V-die block. The standard V-die block is 65mm wide. This general-purpose tooling arrangement is suitable for routine angle bends, channels and fabrication work.

It is not a stand-alone hydraulic press brake. Final bending capability depends on the available press force, material type and tensile strength, material thickness, bend length and tooling selection. Where a component requires clearance around existing returns or flanges, a different bend radius, an offset or another specialised formed profile, compatible alternative punch and die tooling can be considered against the component drawing, material specification and bend sequence.
