100 ANALOG 10-Ton Fastener Insertion and Clinching Machine

Please contact for prices

The 100 ANALOG is a 10-ton hydraulic fastener insertion and clinching machine for repetitive production and component assembly. Its analogue controls provide manual pressure regulation and adjustable punch return stroke, allowing the machine to be set for the joining operation.

A 650 mm throat depth provides access to joining positions further into a component, while the adjustable 0–80 mm stroke allows punch travel to suit the work. The hydraulic system is powered by a 3 kW motor, with a working height of 1,180 mm.

Designed for inserting and clinching applications in copper, aluminium, carbon steel and stainless steel, the machine can also undertake riveting operations with suitable tooling. Tooling selection depends on the fastener or rivet, material thickness, component geometry and required joint.

The 100 ANALOG incorporates a dual integrated safety system and operation through a dual electric safety pedal. The machine and tooling arrangement should be selected with consideration for component support, operator access and loading and unloading requirements.

Contact The Workshop Press Company with your component drawings, material details and production requirements to discuss a suitable machine and tooling configuration.

    Operator Safety and Punch-Holder Protection

Upper punch and tool-holder assembly on a hydraulic fastener insertion machine

The 60 ANALOG incorporates a dual integrated safety system and a dual electric safety pedal. These form part of the machine’s standard operating and protective arrangements.

The upper punch holder secures the tooling at the pressing position. Correct tooling selection, component support and operator access are important when specifying the complete working arrangement.

Sensor-equipped punch-holder assemblies use a vertically moving barrel monitored by a movement sensor. If the barrel travels beyond its permitted limit, the sensor activates and stops the machine cycle.

Punch-holder sensing is specified for the NC digital versions. Contact us to confirm the protective features provided on the machine configuration you require.

Need Multiple Tooling Positions? Consider an NC Digital Model

Optional four-station rotary tooling turret for NC digital fastener insertion machines

The optional four-station rotary turret provides four tooling positions with automatic work-position detection.

It is worth considering where a component requires different tooling positions or fastener types. The tooling configuration and operating sequence are selected around the proposed application.

This option is listed for NC digital machines, rather than the 60 ANALOG. If your work requires multiple tooling positions, ask us about the 60 NC DIGITAL and its available equipment.
