    Specification Sheet

The E200 FV is an inverter technology-based welder with a high-powered micro-processor that controls the overall functionality of the welding unit all being displayed digitally. The EV200 FV Electrode Welder functions on a 16A 230V circuit no matter if the application is for industry or hobby use.

The Electrode Welder E200 in MMA mode and playing off its high duty cycle and revolutionary arc dynamics will weld any kind of electrodes from a diameter of 1.6 mm up to 5 mm and easily welds steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and rutile materials. The E200 MMA welder constantly ensures a stable arc with a constant intensity and features Anti-Sticking, Adjustable Hot Start, Arc force, and TIG LIFT technologies. Arc force provides for better weld penetration and prevents of sticking of the weld electrode. TIG LIFT needs an optional TIG torch and valve but ensures you have smooth welding performance. Adjustable Hot Start makes it easier to arc with any type of metal. The additional functionality of Low Hot Start is perfect for thin metal sheet and then High Hot Start works well with the metals that are difficult to weld such as dirty or oxidized sheets. The TIG Lift feature creates an arc by touching the metal with the tungsten electrode and lifting the tip thus avoiding tungsten contamination and unlike HF start avoids electrical interferences. Automatic arc release is an innovative function that allows the operator to finish welding without creating craters with a delay that is activated by a movement of the torch.

The E200 031210 version is delivered in a suitcase with an earth cable (1,6m/ø16mm²) and an electrode holder (2m/ø16mm²).

This 031210 version of the E200 FV MMA Inverter Welder comes delivered in a plastic carrying case with an Electrode Holder, and an Earth Clamp.
