Eligibility for Refunds

  • Return Period: You are eligible for a refund if the product is returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused, and free from any damage or modifications.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
  • Refund Timing: For payments made by credit card, please allow 5 to 12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Other payment methods may vary.
  • Exclusions: If the product is returned after 30 calendar days or is found to be damaged, used, or modified, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Original Packaging: Whenever possible, the item must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom-built machinery or equipment made to your specifications is not eligible for refunds.
  • Consumables: Products like hydraulic oil, lubricants, or other consumable supplies are non-refundable once opened.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned items that do not meet the standard return condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
