    The BEND MASTER 65 MRV IMS combines high bending capacity with cutting-edge automation. Designed for steel tubes up to 65×2.2 mm (R=510N/mm²), it features 11-axis control (including an optional bend die return unit), a max torque of 11,025 Nm, and dual-directional bending in the same cycle. IMS 2.0 control software enables 3D graphic programming, G-code generation, remote operation, and seamless CAD integration. FANUC CNC controls and energy-efficient motors ensure reliable, high-speed operation with low maintenance. Built with a rigid steel frame and precise linear guides, the BM65 is engineered for consistent quality in high-volume environments.
