    • Motor power output to the drive feeding roll by a pulley and toothed belt “no-shake” driving system.
    • Power transmission to the upper feeding roll via precision spur gears.
    • Motion-Drive digital servo-controller for processes with repetition of the feed length.

    Feeding Head

    • Two lightweight, treated feeding rolls with non-slip surface treatment. The surface hardness is 60-62 HRC.
    • Pressure applied to the strip by springs from the upper roll.
    • Pneumatic roll lifting synchronized with the forming machine for strip entry and self-centering when working with dies equipped with auto-centering devices (pilot release).
    • Strip thickness adjustment system featuring an eccentric level with mechanical blocking.
    • Support rollers and adjustable width guides to assist in strip entry.

    Control Unit
