    Machine and Fixing Plate

    • Maintenance-free AC servomotor with built-in resolver for precise strip positioning.
    • Transmission of the driving force to the drive roller by means of pulleys and toothed belt with zero clearance. Precision reducer.

    Feeding Head

    • Two drive rollers in treated steel, reduced mass and non-slip treatment. Surface hardness of 60-62 HRC.
    • Pneumatic adjustable tread pressure of the rollers on the strip.
    • Opening of the rollers by means of pneumatic cylinders in synchronism with the cycle of the press for self-centering (pilot release) of the strip in the case of working with dies with centering pilots.
    • Manual regulation of the thickness to be worked by means of a pipe wrench from the side and visualization by an analog indicator.
    • Support roller track and adjustable side guides at the entrance.
